All training classes are structured according to PBET standards, developed by the Technical Trainers Association, and indorsed by SEMATECH and SEMI/SEMITECH. These standards include six general concepts, which are integrated in each course. These concepts are:

1. Attain training objectives based on equipment analysis.

2. Establish training content based on target development.

3. Identify pre-required necessary skills.

4. Maximize use and practice on machines.

5. Develop and apply exams to verify acquired skills.

6. Rehearse practices on equipment and skills exams, until the objectives are satisfactory achieved.
